Savvy provides Investor Strategy Reports for your investment including analysis of the cashflow, gross/net yield, and makes recommendations for smart add-value renovations to maximise rental returns.
Advertising and tenant selection
Having a good tenant is essential. We advertise your property for rent, respond quickly to enquiries and run viewings that attract the right tenants.
Savvy uses a detailed screening process to review a potential tenants' rental history and references, so you get a stable tenancy and fewer issues down the track.
Rent collection and arrears follow-up

Savvy Property Management was founded by Savannah Carter in March 2026.
After years being a lawyer, professional property investor, property trader and property coach, Savannah saw a clear gap in the market for property management that genuinely understands what matters to property investors.
Too often, rental property owners are left with poor communication, reactive management, and deteriorating properties due to lack of maintenance.
During her time as a property coach Savannah saw firsthand that many investors weren't getting the support they needed to understand the numbers behind their investment in order to make strategic decisions, especially around smart renovations to increase the rental yield.
Savvy was built to change that.
